The past 5 plus months at the gym with Sudam Sir has been amazing for a new-mom trying to regain my fitness. Sudam has understood my physical and mental needs as well as practical constraints to design my workout regimen. While he ensures the sessions are enjoyable and different everytime, he also teaches about what workout, how it helps and the correct form. He is also very friendly and accommodative as a person. Working from home and managing a toddler I eagerly look forward to my fitness sessions with Sudam Sir during the week!

Sudam is a multi-discipline professional coach/trainer. His style includes yoga, focus on pranayam, stretches, acupressure and even Tai-chi. I have been working with him for over 5 months and have been super happy.I had been working out before but his training something else. When he corrected my form and lifts, i realised i had been working out wrong all my life. He has great understanding of body mechanics, and tailors every workout according to you. for 5 months we have never done the same movement continuously week after week.He comes up with new ways to challenge your body every time

My family has been training from 3 years from him . I had a hip pain and by training under him, the pain has reduced considerably. I feel energetic and confident.He first diagnosis the underlying issue of the problem and then suggests the exercise. Also takes a lot of effort in planning the diet. He is extremely jovial and more of a family member than a trainer . His expertise is pain manager, weight loss , injury rehabilitation.

I am writing to share my experiences of the post ACL surgery, knee injury and rehabilitation and strength journey. I am very satisfied with how the plan turned out. I am enjoying the sessions thoroughly. This is what I was looking for Loving the sweet pain. I had done a few of these exercise before my knee injury and few forms are new and unique which you teach, am trying my level best to get the flexibility back...thanks to you! My father has Parkinson's Disease last five years. Difficulty Walking and balance problems. Then I came across sudam shelar website for rehabilitation. There are quite a few personal physical trainers around - but SUDAM SHELAR is an exception who has a vast amount of specialised and diverse training, knowledge, experience, sensitivity and dedication to his client.
On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable physical trainer, SUDAM is absolutely passionate who is able to make every work out session by a blink of an eye. I am a senior citizen and have been working out with him thrice a week for the last almost four years now. Being trained in various traits of physical fitness, he is able to decipher my specific needs, is able to focus on the same very clearly without ever going beyond my comfort level.
SUDAM is an overall lovely person and his personality and attributes make one feel very comfortable. While giving comfort, he not only talk the talk regarding fitness but is able to convert the same to walk the talk.

When I met him 4 years back I was suffering from back injury. Can not even walk for 5 mins.Only 1 question I asked him ' can you make me squat again '
And here I am doing 130 kg squat and 130 kg deadlift.

Sudam as a trainer is a lot more than what meets the eye. He has a simple, no-frills approach to fitness but the one that actually works. He is well-versed with the muscular anatomy and recommends targeted techniques that can help with strengthening and rehab. Because of Sir Sudam Shelar today I am on my foot. I had GBS in the yr. 2010 . My whole body was paralyzed. This person make me stand on my own foot. He got exercise done from me even at heavy pain. May God bless him so that he can serve others like me.
